No Refunds for Early Checkout

Wifi service is provided to each cabin. Cell phone service is sketchy depending on your provider and location on the property. Sprint and Verizon work better than AT&T on the property. There is a landline in each cabin for your convenience and safety.  Generally using wi-fi calling on your cell phone will work. If you experience problems, try walking around the property.

Damages/Maintenance: If there are any accidents or damages made to the cabin, please report to Management immediately. Registered guests will be held responsible for any missing or damaged items in their cabin or any internal/external areas of the property. The liability extends to both registered guests and their visitors.

Smoking: ***ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OF ANY SUBSTANCE IN ANY BUILDING. THERE WIILL BE A $250 CHARGE TO YOUR CREDIT CARD IF ANY EVIDENCE OF SMOKING*** If smoking outside, properly extinguish and dispose of any trash. Do not smoke by open entrance doors to avoid smoke entering the cabin.

Housekeeping/Towels: When checking out, please place used towels in the shower area. Also place all trash in the receptacles provided and make sure that all appliances are turned off and the firepit and barbecue pit are fully extinguished. It is not necessary to strip the bedding.

After Hours: You may call Management at (870) 905-0155 between the hours of 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. if you have any issues or concerns. Messages may be left at that number after hours but will not be addressed immediately. Should you have an emergency, please call 911.

Pet Policy: Well-behaved domestic pets are welcome with pre-approval and with a non-refundable pet deposit of $50 for one pet and $90 for two, up to 50 lbs each. Please let us know in advance if you are planning to bring any pets. A completed Pet Policy form and payment must be provided prior to your stay.

Bean Creek Cabins is not responsible for any personal items left, lost or damaged during your stay. 

Please respect your natural surroundings and leave the area as you found it. 

Please place all trash in the provided receptables.

WARNING: We are in the beautiful woods of the Arkansas Valley where nature rules! Small bears, deer and turkey are common to see on the property and coyote can be heard howling at times. Cell phone service varies depending on your carrier and where you are on the property. A landline is provided in the Creekside Cabin for emergencies. If you choose to venture into ungroomed wooded areas on the property, be aware of snakes, insects, sharp rocks, and uneven terrain.

The management reserves the right to add, alter or amend any terms, conditions and rules. By signing below, you are agreeing to abide by the rules set forth for Bean Creek Cabins. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation prematurely if all policies are not respected and followed.
